Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A charter is confirmed only after availability has been verified, the applicable payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Arus Yachts.
Charter Bookings
All bookings are subject to yacht availability, guest-capacity limits and the specific terms stated in your quotation or booking confirmation. Charter rates, payment schedules, deposits, cancellations, refunds, rescheduling and additional charges will be governed by the written terms provided for the relevant booking.
Only services and inclusions specifically stated in the confirmed quotation are included.
Safety and Guest Conduct
Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew. The captain may change the route, restrict activities or return to the marina when necessary for safety, weather, operational or regulatory reasons.
Guests are responsible for their conduct and may be charged for damage caused by negligence, misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
The availability and use of water toys are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, age restrictions and the captain’s approval.
Changes and Unforeseen Events
Routes, schedules, activities or yacht arrangements may be changed due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any applicable rescheduling or refund arrangements will follow the confirmed booking terms.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, photographs, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Arus Yachts or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arus Yachts is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
